'Owning Your Own Career' - In conversation with Sara Beck, Chief Operating Officer, and Professor Sue Dopson

To mark International Women’s Day 2019, Saїd Business School, University of Oxford, will be hosting a special breakfast event and launching a unique limited edition* digital module that provides female leaders with a reflection tool to help them assess their current career position and leadership roles, as a basis for future planning.

The module has been designed based on research findings from interviews with female CEOs, undertaken as part of Oxford’s CEO research project and incorporating elements from the world renown Women Transforming Leadership Programme run by Saїd Business School’s Executive Education team.

Professor Sue Dopson, Rhodes Trust Professor of Organisational Behaviour, will launch the module, ‘Owning Your Own Career’, in conversation with Sara Beck, Saїd Business School’s new Chief Operating Officer (formerly Director of BBC Monitoring).

Please come and join us over breakfast for this special event, hear advice and tips from our senior leaders and gain exclusive free access to the special edition reflection tool (which will only be available until March 31st 2019).

* The Reflection Tool and downloadable workbook will only be available from 8th March at 10am until 31st March 2019 for women leaders to complete.
